Questions, rush answers & follow-ups
Askable takes a 20% creator-side fee. Creators earn 80%. Customers pay an additional £0.50, $0.50 or €0.50 payment processing fee on each accepted question, rush answer or paid follow-up. The fee is separate from the offer and is not part of creator earnings. A £3 offer totals £3.50. Existing $4 and €4 offer minimums total $4.50 and €4.50. Creator minimums may be higher. Historical transactions keep their original fee terms.
Tips
Askable takes no commission or profit on tips. Only actual attributable payment processing is deducted from the creator's tip. A tip does not buy another answer or require a response.
Refunds
Approved cancellation and non-delivery receive the full purchase amount, including the customer payment processing fee. Ordinary nonreturned processing is absorbed by Askable. After delivery, objective problems are reviewed under the refund policy.
Withdrawals & currency
Creators request withdrawals of eligible available funds. Each transaction keeps its original USD, GBP or EUR currency. Provider foreign exchange and exceptional costs require approved production terms.
