Your questions stay between the right people
Private questions and answers are accessible to their customer and creator. Authorized Askable staff may access content for support, moderation and disputes. We do not describe this as end-to-end encryption.
Hide your identity from a creator
Anonymous questions use a consistent Anonymous customer label. Askable and Stripe still know your account for payments and safety. A linked follow-up may reveal context already shared with that creator.
Payments & files
Stripe handles card and payout details. Askable stores safe payment summaries and financial references. Private files use controlled access and short-lived links, with drafts unavailable to customers before delivery.
Your choices
Manage optional activity emails, request your data, or begin account deletion in settings. Necessary financial, safety and legal records are retained under an approved retention policy. Optional analytics requires the applicable consent.
