Who can use Askable
Customers and creators must be 18 or older. Accounts and usernames must comply with community rules. Creators supply their own knowledge and opinions; Askable is not the provider of professional advice.
Offers & payment
Offers last 48 hours. Creators may accept, decline, or counter once. A valid saved method is required. An accepted offer authorizes an automatic charge of the agreed offer plus the disclosed payment processing fee (£0.50, $0.50 or €0.50). No offer-submission charge or hold applies.
Delivery & private access
The maximum delivery clock starts at confirmed payment success. Typical answer length is guidance, not a guarantee. Delivered answers are final and private; they are not published in a public answer library.
Financial wind-down
Account deletion or creator deactivation stops new transactions and resolves existing obligations, refunds and money owed. Earned funds are never forfeited. Required financial and safety records may be retained.
