When am I charged?
You save a payment method before sending. Nothing is charged or held at submission. Your saved method is charged only on acceptance: your offer plus a £0.50, $0.50 or €0.50 payment processing fee. A £3 offer totals £3.50. You have 24 hours to resolve a payment issue.
Can I ask a follow-up?
Yes. A follow-up is a separate linked paid question with the creator's current follow-up minimum. There is no free chat or clarification entitlement.
How do deadlines work?
The exact answer deadline starts on confirmed payment success. A creator can request an extension for your approval. A cancellation request alone does not pause the clock.
When can I withdraw?
Delivered question earnings clear after seven days, when eligible. Complaints, disputes or provider holds may delay clearing. Choose Withdraw in Earnings to request available funds.
Something wrong with an answer?
Open the question and choose Report a delivery problem within 72 hours of delivery. Safety reports and contact support remain available after that window.
